Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped the next business day. You will receive an email once your order has shipped which will also contain tracking information.
We offer standard shipping, 2nd day, and 1 day express option. Standard shipping can take 3-5 days depending on your ship to location.
Free shipping - purchase 5 or more shoelaces and you qualify for free standard shipping to anywhere within the US!
Return policy for ALL online purchases
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will be happy to issue store credit on any item (other than special orders or final markdowns) which has not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Items will be accepted by mail within 21 days of receipt of purchase with original packing and invoice. Items returned after 21 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
